Do vision problems come w/ LBD?

Hello,

My Dad wears glasses and has had his eyes checked and the glasses are fine, as are his eyes. Yet there are times when he doesn't see well, generally at short distances such as reading. We even tried reading glasses, but they make no difference. Does LBD somehow interrupt the processing of his vision? I imagine that this is something an opthamologist wouldn't pick up.

Please help.
